Dr. Erica Drossman earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in children and adolescents, from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL and earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pace University. Much of Dr drossman's training has focused on working with children, adolescents, and their families from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of mental health needs. Dr. Drossman has extensive experience working with complex trauma-related symptoms and helps her clients build upon their strengths while developing new skills to cope with life’s every day stressors. Dr. Drossman approaches therapy from a diverse perspective, and incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral techniques to best meet the individual's needs. Dr. Drossman believes a strong therapeutic relationship is key to fostering growth and change and works to make therapy a safe and supportive environment.
