Kathy Plonski is TERRAP's administrator, office manager, executive assistant, and insurance coordinator. In other words, she does it all and we don't really know what to call her. She is exceptionally well organized, extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and is devoted to our practice because she knows the quality of people she works with and how much we care about our practice.
She rejoices with us when people do well and often gets the phone calls when people refer their friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Kathy may be the first person you speak to when you call and she will assist you will any insurance, billing or other issue. She may even give you a random call to make sure you are happy with the care you are receiving.
