Dr. David Kropff

Dr. David Kropff received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Walden University and his Bachelors in Psychology from Binghamton University. He has over fifteen years of experience in outpatient settings working closely with children, adolescents, and adult populations. Dr. Kropff utilizes an integrative model of therapy, which includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches. He possesses a background in providing clinical assessment, counseling, and behavior-based support for individuals with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and psychiatric diagnoses.

Using evidence-based techniques within the context of therapy, Dr. Kropff aims to incorporate mindfulness and self-awareness into his client's therapeutic process. Dr. Kropff's professional areas of interest also include Applied Behavioral Analysis and assessment. In addition to working at TERRAP, Dr. Kropff also works for a non-profit organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. He takes significant pride in cultivating a positive rapport with the children he treats in order to create a safe and fulfilling space for positive change and growth to occur.
